High-output biomass boiler with fixed grate featuring proven two-stage combustion technique and optimised heat exchange. Versatile system compatible with industrial pellets, wood chips, sawdust, olive pomace, crushed shells and cereal waste. Heat transfer fluid: water, superheated water or low-pressure steam.

Wood pellets
Cylindrical compressed wood pellets, Ø6 to 8 mm, moisture < 10%. Standard high energy density fuel.

Dry log wood, length 33 to 50 cm, moisture < 25%. Manual loading, autonomy depending on the firebox.
Wood chips
Shredded wood chips, granulometry P16S to P31S. Cost-effective solution for large surfaces and automated silos.
Cereals / Agro-pellets
Compressed cereal blends and agricultural residues. Circular solution for farms.
Olive pomace
Pressed olive residues, moisture < 15%. Recovered byproduct from Mediterranean oil mills.
Crushed shells
Crushed nut shells (almond, hazelnut, walnut), moisture < 15%. Circular solution for farms.
Specifications according to the manufacturer's technical sheet. Using non-compliant fuels voids the warranty and may shorten the boiler's lifespan.
Kalorina Serie 22 E fixed grate: grants in Luxembourg
In Luxembourg, the Klimabonus 2026 scheme subsidises the installation of a wood-pellet boiler in an existing residential building. Since 1 January 2026, only PELLET boilers remain eligible — log-fired and wood-chip boilers have been removed from the support scheme (aligning with the EU RED directive).
Klimabonus 2026 — wood-pellet boiler
Up to €8,000 for a single-family home (€4,000 if no old installation is being replaced); €6,000 per dwelling in a multi-unit building (capped at €40,000). Bonuses: +15% of the grant with a buffer tank (30 l/kW), +€1,000 flat-rate with solar thermal.
- Reserved for EXISTING residential buildings (housing — neither new-build nor commercial)
- Pellet boiler with automatic feed and ignition: particulates ≤ 8 mg/m³, NOx ≤ 200 mg/m³, efficiency ≥ 90%
- Application to be submitted within 4 years from 31 December of the year of the invoice
